You can apply for switching into skilled worker visa within the UK if you holds the following visas:

a) Switching from Tier 4 general student visa to a Skilled Worker Visa

b) switching from a Tier 2 intra company transfer to Skilled Worker Visa

Skilled worker visa is a point based system visa (PBS).
